A home chemical peel could work if this skin discoloration is on the surface.....
PHILOSOPHY is a line of wonderful skin products. i wouldn't use any other.
They carry something called "MICRODELIVERY PEEL " and it is a 2 step procedure that will change your life. and NO i do not work for nor am i related to anyone in the company.........Step 1=you apply a teaspoon amt. of the vit. C peptide resurfacing crystals to the skin...apply in circular motion for 60 seconds. this will resuface and exfoliate the dead outer layers of the skin
step #2=apply a teaspoon amt. of the lactic/salicylic acid rapid actiivation gel..the activation gel acts as a 2nd exfoliation==
shedding the pore wall and activating the vitamin c in the 1st step.... at this point, the vitamin C crystals are dissolved,......deliverilng Vit. C and topical peptides to the skin.
Rinse the face well for at least 2 minutes
then apply your favorite moisturizer..

i really do hope this will help you as well as it did for me..
God bless and keep you safe.........
now what you have done i called a complete skin MAKEOVER...

No, your skin color goes much deeper than the upper level of the skin, which is all a chemical peel will take off. Don't waste your money.
