Well... Ring Worm is a fungal infection. You'll need anti-fungal cream like Chlortrimozole. Chlortrimozole is a steroid cream. You can find a large variety of them at the pharmacy.

For pimples, it's difficult to fight hormones... so just do what you can do (keeping the skin clean, keep the pores clean, etc...)
