i've liked this guy for a while and he told me that he likes me and he knows that i like him. he says that he doesnt like relationships. is he telling me this because he doesnt want a relationship with me or because he just wants to hook up? what do i do?

It's not very likely that he doesn't like you. He's probably afraid of commitment.
You might try talking to him about how you feel about things. If you've already tried that, then you should evaluate what you want out of your life right now.
As bad as it sounds, if you're moving in different directions in your lives, then my advice is to move on without him. You'll find a guy who wants a relationship and likes you for who you are. It sounds cheesy, but it's true.
And for your own sake, don't compromise your values for a simple "hook-up." You'll find it hard to look in the mirror if you do.

If you're wanting a relationship with this guy, either now or eventually, you should steer clear of this guy. He's telling you what to expect from him...and that's a whole lotta nothin'. So, unless you just want to hook up with him and be another girl he can cross off his list, then forget about him.

Honey, the sadest thing is that you can never tell your heart what to do. It kinda has a life of it's own. But stay away from this guy. As stubborn as your heart may be, having it broken is the worse kinda pain.
