Keep your feet clean and dry, change your socks often. Gold bond works but you may need a perscription to clear them up.Your Dr. can perscribe Lamisil, which is a topical but they also have a pill. Can't think of the name. My athletic daughter had this problem and the meds worked well.

OTC creams that contain salicylic acid, or even better, clotrimazole, miconazole, or econazole (under a variety of trade names). They generally indicate on the box for athlete's foot and other fungal infections. If the fungus grows into the toe nails, then, only oral antifungal treatment will work.

the only thing i think i can say is to buy a powder called gold bond.it works for any foot problem,you get foot fungal infection in showers,to protect your self you need to wear sandles.

i am seeing a podiatrist right now because I have something on my foot that looks like seed warts which i probably got from karate. My regular doctor said they were just callaces but they came back so I went to the podiatrist and they are helping me now, They have different procedures than a regualar doctor, and they specialize in feet.
