The swastika is a stolen symbol used by a very bad group of people. It originally meant "Good Luck" and perhaps, "Good Fertility". You will even find that symbol on some very old buildings in the United States. Of course, it doesn't mean the same thing to us anymore.

Hitler went looking for a holy symbol to lead his armies into battle.
The symbol comes from the sanskrit writings but has been discovered in a mayan temple, in christian writings, in chinese history and many other cultures predating Hitler.
It has different meanings and can be seen in both left and right faces.
It is supposed to be the characteristic of God and those who can see to a high level say it is the shape which shows itself in the brightest spinning light form one with clearsight can see.

The swazticka is something that Hitler "borrowed" from a lot of older cultures, it is the Sonnenrand or the rising sun and symbolized power in a lot of older cultures. You can find the symbol in Egypt, Hindu and Chinese folklore and in a lot of cemetaries. It's only since Hitler that it's been associated with Nazism.
