i have a bump on my face. i cant see it but i can feel it. when i touch it, its hard. it hurts like a pimple. its abotu th e size of a penny. when i make a certain face you can see a bump in the skin.

It sounds to me like a condition called Cystic Acne. A dermatologist can prescribe topical medicine like Cleocin T to help control outbreaks.

It might be a cyst of some sort, no matter what it is see a dermatologist, seriously, I had the same thing and one turned into many, accutane was the only thing that helped. I used to take a skaple to my own face...left with many scars, then plastic surg....very $....go see derm...good luck to ya, I know it is no fun but if I had seen doc in the first place....you know the rest...

It's most likely a pimple. It may or may not become one of those big red zingers, so just leave it alone and let it run its course. If it doesn't go away in 2 or 3 weeks, have it checked with a dermatologist.

Its sounds to me its a pimple. Yea pimples do hurt when u touch it, just try to avoid of touching it and u should feel better. Good luck and think positive. ;-)
