why are you hung up on a name for this good time you and he experienced? if u wanna call it a date, call it a date. it was definately a get together right? and you did say u had fun, so it was friendly right? I think a date might just be a little bit more of a "formal" term for the time you both spent together.

well, it all start with a friendly get together, but truely speaking, pls don't have any hanky panky with him until you are absolutely sure of whats happening , no promise too, don't do anything for him which requires your signature, last thing, don't lend him any money,...( this guy sounds suspiciously good, maybe he likes you , maybe he is after something.. i don't know, just be very carefull, please.)

I would just take it as friends getting together and chilling. Until you know what is happening don't assume anything.

I'd call that a date but men speak differently, I'd suggest that you ask him to be certain. I think that he'll be honest and tell you how he feels.
