Stress is a normal physiological response of the body to situations or stimulus which are perceived as presenting difficulty or danger to the body.
It can affect anyone at anytime. When stress occurs regularly without an outlet for relief it can cause harm in and of itself.
However, stress also can strengthen and mature you. That which doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
You really can't escape stress. You can only cultivate healthy mechanisms for coping with it and relieving it before it gets to you.

EVERYONE, without exception, gets stress, every day. Its the nature of life, unavoidable. The goal is to try to find ways to be peaceful inside no matter what life throws at you. Easier said than done, but we have to do the best we can...
