But God has something that famous people don't and that is the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit helps us to understand God's love and mercy.

That's a contradiction. If you know nothing about a person, you wont' say anything. Have you ever heard of Elizabeth J. Roberts? Now, have a debate about that woman. You can't because you have never studied details of a name that you have never heard before, much less would you be qualified to enter such a discussion. Your question and example story contradict each other 100%.

Meh. According to the various xians on this site there's no such thing as a real xian anyway. Every one of them has something unchrist-like that discredits them. So apparently no one knows "god". Which makes sense since he doesn't exist.
Edit : "Are you qualified to answer question and make remarks concerning Him if you don't know Him?" Probably not, but neither are you. You've broken his Commandments. How can you claim to "Know" god?

If you saw his legions cursing and ordering people into eternal flame you would be qualified to say that this "man" is not someone you wish to be affiliated with. If you saw his army persecuting people that do not follow him, what then would you think of him? The God I picture doesn't ask his people to blow up clinics or retaliate against gay people. He doesn't expect us to find him by memorizing words in a book.

Who qualifies as knowing God? Look up the logical fallacy "begging the question".

Ah, but when you study God, you get to know Him through His Holy Spirit.
That still doesn't usually give you the right to tell other people what to do, but you can invite them to experience the Spirit for themselves. He will tell them what to do.

They are not qualified, it isnt their qualifications they are concerned with, it is the mocking of God and all good, you know these are the days of hatred toward anything that is good, etc..and it is written about the last days, men being lovers of themselves, haughty, puffed up, etc..mockers who lust after their own .....
gal. 6:7..Be not deceived God is not mocked, whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap,,,
the reaping of the harvest is at the second coming, when we are separted into 2 groups...

No they are not qualified. "Belief" is far away from "truth". Few seem to "know" this "fact". I guess in religious matters this "truth" is over looked. Where to "believe" is truth.
