hey, my girlfriend has this hook like skin formation inside of her vagina. it recently broke and she cant even feel it. what the hell is it?

well, i know its not her hymen cause its not like a fabric thingy, its literally skin in the shape of a hook and she cant feel it. yes it was intact a bit ago but it recently broke. it doesnt hurt her or anything. im just curious to know what it is.
