I don't care what commercials you watch or advice you get from people. It's probably a large build up of fecal matter in your intestines causing the problem. Go for a colon cleansing about every ten days or so for a few months and see what that does for you

It could be due to poor posture. Try holding your tummy in, this will strengthen the muscles.

WE HAVE MANY DIFFERENT COLONIES OF GOOD & BAD BACTERIAS -----STOMACH GOOD BACTERIA CAN BECOME EXTREMELY PROLIFIC IF FED WHAT THEY LIKE IN ABUNDANCE-----COULD BE BEER,CHEESE ,YOGURT,ETC. ( YEAST FOOD )FEEDING YOUR PARTICULAR TYPE OF GOOD BACTERIA....THEN THAT COLONY GETS A HUNDRED OR MORE TIMES BIG & THEY LET OFF CONSTANT GAS WHICH EXTENDS THE STOMACH......YOU CAN EAT THINGS THAT KILL OFF SOME OF THE COLONY--THEREFORE LESS GAS PRODUCED...SAURKRAUT,VINEGAR PRODUCTS,AND EATING NO YEAST FOODS INCLUDING NO BREAD, WILL DIMINISH THE COLONY.....IN ORDER TO NOT INCREASE THE SPECIFIC COLONY-EAT DIFFERENT BRANDS OF FOOD.....
