I spose they are really, never really thought about it. But I will now, just for you........Deficiency of Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) causes oily/scaly skin, lack of appetite and painful cramps in the abdomen and stomach. So the oily skin part would be the cause of the acne/pimple situation. With dandruff, ditto, a deficiency in B2 is the culprit again!! Scabs may form on the facial skin particularly on your scalp and around the nose. The fluffy white bits that fall from your scalp with dandruff are the dead scales of skin falling away. 2 more symptom of vitamin B2 deficiency may be cracked skin around the fingernails and extreme sensitivity to light......................Cheers.......Hope I helped you..........:)

one of the hard things about acne is that there's so many products to try. i've probably tried like 20 different products, until i settled on a product called beautiful skin. it's a whole regimen that, in my opinion, works better than proactiv.
