Keep her busy by reading books, watching cartoons, coloring books, draw, taking walks, play ball. There are many things to do around the house. Teach her to water the plants if you have any. Have her help you wash some dishes and put them in the dishwasher.
Just don't forget to make her breakfast and lunch! (smile)

McDonald's with a play-land is always a good bet for a six year old, but it will probably bore you to tears. Video games and age appropriate movies are always safe too. Board games, word games ...my grand-daughter does some where she fills in the missing words to make silly stories, they get a kick out of those. And she just might be the type that likes sitting in front of the t.v. You could go to a museum, or if you live in a warm area, the zoo is a possibility.

My daughter liked to fish when she was 6. Ask the child what she likes to do. Some suggestions are the library, city park, kite flying, movie, Pet Smart (they let people volunteer to help feed and water the animals - help her do it), bowling (they'll put up the gutter guards for the young kids), roller or ice skating, computer/video games, scavenger hunt, petting zoo, arts and crafts (Michael's and other arts stores have short classes on weekends catering to small children).
Good luck and have some fun!

attempt finding activities she likes that one and all of you're able to do. It sounds to me like she needs to discover that she would be able to be in contact and cared for even while not held. additionally if issues are not getting greater advantageous you would be able to speak to a developmental therapist. not an ordinary case to parent yet some little ones have issues which would be worked out via treatment which at the instant are not labeled as a dissablity. I case in point have sensory themes and as a baby had to be wrapped in blankets as quickly as I have been given upset so as that I felt rigidity. which may be this childs choose. She would opt for the sensory enter. some human beings can not handle all of the stimulation they recieve in one day and choose treatment to overcome that so as that they'd face existence. that's sometimes correct to autisim or Aspergers. yet actually no possible make it easier to be responsive to greater advantageous than your docters and experts. If issues are not getting greater advantageous with attempting new ordinary the thank you to entertain her, i could recommend seeing her docter approximately it. wanted to function that at her age that's going to be very stressful to tell a great number of something. So do not bounce to conclusions, I merely wanted to throw the educational accessible. At 6mo, seperation themes are ordinary, and there may be quite a few reasons she is appearing as she is.
