Walking 4 miles sweetie!

You know, if you only do this occasionally, then you probably shouldn't worry about it. Eat a salad instead of a sandwich, and the savings of not eating the bread should do it.

Otherwise, depending on the size, whether you had whipped cream on it, etc., it might range from 230-430 calories or more. In that case, figure that each mile you walk burns 100 calories and takes about 15-20 minutes, so an hour of walking should do it. If you run, obviously it takes less time, but you still have to go the same distance.

The light fraps taste just as good and they have about 130-180 calories for a grande size. I have tasted the mocha, coffee and caramel frapuccino's and am a huge fan!

The calories for this about 210
so it depends on if you just had it the regular way
or substituted it with anything
so next time if you dont want all the calories
tell them to use skim milk
or no whipped cream

it also depends on what excersize your in the mood for

soif you were about 140 lbs to burn this off
you could bicycle for 35 minutes
at a slow steady speed, go faster if you want
to do it for less time,
or you could dance for 40 mins
at low impact
or you could walk at 2.5 speed
which isnt that fast for 65 mins

so its all up to you
i tried getting things that people
do everyday so you can burn it off easier

If the calorie content of a small is 390, then running a 10 minute mile for 30 minutes should do it. Increase the time on the treadmill by 10 minutes for each size category you go up.

The good thing is that it doesnt have too much sat fat, but it has sugar (carbs) so, by running you could burn that frapu in like 20 minutes, depending on the size, those are around 300 calories.

How long it takes to burn off a calories depends on your own weight and your own level of health. As you become healthier ur body becomes more proficient at energy expenditure and therefore will use less energy for ur BMR. But assuming u are of average weight it should take approximately 1 hour of walking at about 4.5mph

Did it have skim milk? I doubt it was any more than about 200 calories, in which you can burn in about 30 minutes on a treadmill going about 3 mph. Or, you could just not trip out about it because Im sure your a little skinney girl to obsessed with her wt. to eat anything.
