The guy that I've liked for 3 years,is finally trying to show me that he likes me back.But the thing is,he's super hott,wanted by many,and pretty popular,plus he's a junior.And I'm a 9th grader,overweight,and not popular at all really.I'm pretty I think,but why does he want to be with a fat kid when he could have some beautiful girl?Am I being too hard on myself?

Just so you know...I was that boy you describe...my wife of 20 years was you. Guess what? My wife WAS beautifull...she was just to dumb to realize it. Undoubtably you too are beautifull- nasty ugly fat mean girls do not get popular guys to notice them, right? So yup, you are being to hard on yourself. BTW...since when does fat mean a girl is not beautifull? The two things have nothing to do with each other. I know a lot of girls who are thin -and ugly as a tree trunk and a bunch of girls who are fat- but turn every guys head when they walk by...You know what I am talking about. Beauty is beauty...regardless of size.

I'm glad your affection is paying off finally. Of course there's nothing wrong with a so-called unlikely couple. Love is blind my dear, and there is no reason not to like anyone you wish. And yes, you're being hard on yourself- there is ALWAYS something beautiful about you which you should feel good about.
Whether you all should get together... you're 13/14 and hes about 16/17... Believe it or not there is a LOT of difference in how the two of you are thinking about one another in terms of relationships. I know that lots of uperclassmen try to take advantage of the freshmen because they are just glad to be liked by an older person. Unless he has always been kind to you in the past, I have to advise you that sometimes people take advantage of people who they know are longing for them. And the end result of that is devastating - take it from me.
So consider all that and make the decision that you think will make you happy in the end.

"Hot" is in the eye of the beholder. I am fairly fit myself, workout daily, and take tkb (kick box cardio) several times a week. However, "sexy" to me is a man with some extra padding. My best friend is 6'1" and 264. I think he's the hottest guy in the world. Could be that he likes you, because "fat" is a pretty subjective term. Whats fat to one person may be totally reasonable to someone else. You are being to hard on yourself...however, I would watch the fact that he's two years older. Be careful.

Baby this is coming from a player. If he is a good looking guy and popular 9 times out of 10 he wants some pum-pum. All players know that "fat" girls give it up faster due to there insecurities especially when they dont think they deserve the other

Yes, don't be so hard on yourself. It sounds like you and i are in the same boat. I've liked the same guy for alomst 5 years now and he's shown signs of liking me, but then he'd get a girlfriend who was skinny and popular. (Once it was my best friends other BFF, that sucked!) Anyway if he likes you, you should be happy and go for it. It just means that he likes you for you. And you should be happy about that. Most guys arn't able to see past physical appearences. So if he can, congratulations! Be happy and be confident! You obviously picked a great guy!

Hes sees you as beautiful, and thats great.
He wants you beause you bring something awsome to the table, that no other gilr has seemed to accomplish.
So embrace the fact that you tuned the head of the hottest guy in school.
Also he doesnt seem to care what other people think so neither should you, sonce he is popular the robots will acept you anyway.

being beautiful doesnt mean all all the guys will be going after u ..thats being rather shallow ...yes but some guys rather go for a gal with personality ...dont be too harsh on yourself !

yes, you shouldn't even think about why he likes you but if you like him just accept it and revel in it. He might actually like you for what's inside, which is great, it's what we all want. It sounds like you've found a keeper, stay with it and don't worry "why me", just enjoy it.
