If you resael it then it will stay good.
How exactly would you know that it went 'bad'?
Would it start smelling good if it did? ;-)

Depends on what wine you've got. Good vintage wine , if possible, once opened , try to store in a basement or in a room temperature around 14 to 15 degree celcius , then it will last up to one week. Other cheap wine you better consume it within 2 days.

Shelf life is good on most brands and it should last just seal it up tight and don’t let it freeze.
I purchase in several oz bottle more then enough for 3 seasons just keep it sealed good.
Brands may well be different as to shelf life I use Tinks

Was it vacuum packed? If it was vacuum packed and you opened both then maybe there will be enough air contamination so that the chemicals have broken down already.
If it was not vacuum packed (air didnt sizzle when you opened the bottle) then maybe there is a preservative in the solution so it can still be used.
Do you remember?
