yes. In fact the first step starts in the mind wtih an idea. It doesn't just happen. All starts in the brain so talking sexually is pretty far on "how bad was the cheating list"

depends on what you mean by talking sexually. I talk sexually with people all the time..one in particular that I consider my best friend. But he has a girlfriend and I am married. It's fun, we like it and it feels good. No more, no less. So I guess, in my opinion, no, talking sexually with another person isn't cheating. Some will argue that anything that brings pleasure to another person other than your partner is cheating. I guess it's a matter of opinion.

When you say "talking sexually" I assume your having a very intimate conversation, one you might normally give to your wife/gf right? If so, then "yes" this is considered cheating b/c if your getting off on this sort of thing you might as well be caught in the act. However, if your just talking about sexual issues/things (not to say that you cant but you should be very careful these days. talking about sex to the opposite sex when you have a significant other might cause trouble) then I suppose its up to your lover and how he or she feels. I hope this helped, lol

Yes, because the sexual talk is likely to lead to more, this is the slippery slope of sin and adultery. It doesn't always start out as such but each decision, look, close posture, touching etc. gets you to the next step, so nip it in the bud or it will progress

No. It's not a nice thing to be doing, but it's far less then truly cheating. It probably also depends where the heart lies. The heart can cheat without the body. But I don't think that's as serious either.

See, it's like this. If you are doing something that you wouldn't want your special someone doing, then it's cheating. There are no double standards where cheating is involved. If you have to ask, you probably already know the answer.

I was once told that cheating is when you actually touch another in any way that brings you sexual pleasure...so talk away...

In your heart, yes. It is morally wrong. If you have no morals, well..... In the eyes of God, if you have lusted in your heart, then you have already commited the act. If you're just a prick, dump your girlfriend and let her find somebody that's worth it.

No, if it is done in a kidding manner.
Yes, if it is serious. A general rule of thumb is not to discuss things that, if your partner walked in on you, you could not continue discussing.
