So if I go to a regualr physical they will test me for cancer? They have to do blood work though right?

Find a doctor that you are comfortable with and can talk with....and stick with him thru any illness that you may have...he will then have your history and know what is normal for you..he will know your previous blood counts, EKGs for you heart, and what you have complained about over a long period of time......
If you begin having symptoms that is unusual, by him knowing your history he will pick up on it much faster than someone new and can then refer you to do more evaluations.

Its called a physical.....trust me, they check you for a lot there...including many types of cancer.

bloodwork is not the best test for cancers - usually. An extensive history will tell them where to look IF you have risk factors IF you have symptoms that need further diagnosis....
I mean, what makes you think you have cancer? Just the fear of it isnt enough reason to go looking for it....
