What age do cats start bumping people?
Like bump to put scent glands on you and to show that they love you?

My kitty doesn't bump me, it lickes me, it purrs alot and loves to go on my lap and kneads me, and it sometimes goes into my bedroom and sleeps with me! : ) Also it wakes me up sometimes when i'm sleeping.
And when sometimes when i come home it comes and greets me.
hes a male :)
At what age do they start bumping you,. or my cat will never? :(

A cat rubbing its head up against you is a "feeding response". It is saying it is hungry.

Are you meaning head butting? Usually after 6 months of age. I hope he's fixed to help prevent spraying (stinky), if not no time like now unless he's under 7 months. Most vets wait until 7 months on males, 6 months on females. I have 14 cats total, they range from 5 months to almost 12 years. There are 3 males and 11 females. My females head butt and rub against you more then the males do. It just varies from cat to cat. Don't worry if your cats never starts "bumping", he still loves you. Besides there's nothing like getting woke up by a cat that just hit you in the head with their head, it can hurt pretty good. My daughter had one hit her in the nose and give her a bloody nose. No fun there.

Some cats never will.. The kittens I have seen doing this begin around 3-4 months of age. I had a cat who never rubbed his face on me at all. He'd almost walk past me but brush me with his hip or with just his tail. Really depends on the individual cat. I've seen a cat who was so effusive, he'd rub himself all over his owner's face and leave her with a mouth full of hair!!

It varies on the cat, really. Usually around 6 months, though. My girl kitty jumps in bed with me when i go to sleep and if i don't pet her she buries her face in my hand until i give her some proper pettings.

3-5 months (around sexual maturity) If he is not neutered he will also start spraying (sent marking) things at this time. If he is neutered he MAY never "bump" or mark anything.
