PLEASE MORE HELP on Microsoft Word opening?

Question

Everytime I try to open Word, a box opens with Windows Installer-won't continue nor can I delete it. Went into delete programs and clicked on Microsoft Word-when I clicked, box opened with Windows Installer and again nothing. Have disk and that does same thing. Any more suggestion? Thanks.

Is your computer new? If so you need to buy Microsoft Word, because it is no longer available on newer computers unless purchased separately. You can always use regular WordPad.

You need to install office again by using its CD.
