type the name of each, one at a time, in the little Search box at the top of your screen.
Then choose from the suggestions and read about all of them.
You'll be surprised that most of these "Spices" are long-used by many cultures not only as flavoring, but as medicines, as well.
Turmeric is my favorite, as is Cheyenne Pepper, and Rosemary.
But... The fresher the better... The old stuff may not do you much good except for whatever taste you there is left.

You can log on to just about any food cooking site to check that out or just go into any search engine you use and type the name of the spice and you shoud find what you are searching for.

Spices are the hart of cuisine.Different ones make the flavor. You have herbs.Grains.Season. Each one has a job to do.Herbs(oregano, basil, parsley,Italian season etc.) to be use with sautes or green salads ( in my case). The other ones,to kick some flavor ( hot, color etc)So,is very easy.Moderation and common sense is the key.Use it.They are you best friend in the kitchen.Trust me in this one.
