If you loved her you would respect her and not try to force her to talk to you. You don't love her you just want to screw her and you imagine her to be someone she is not.
That said, is she a lez? Or maybe she doesn't really hate boys but she is into guys of another race and her parents are racist? You could offer to be her 'cover' boyfriend and eventually you might get some.

1) if she is gay...im sorry this sucks and nothing you can do about it except cry your eyes out ....
2) if not you have to show her that you are different and that you do care about her and stuff be yourself ..show her what a gentleman you can be and that you care for her
