Ladies answers only considered. Where's a good place for a first date?

I met a girl through lovehappens and we've been talking for a little bit now and decided to go for our first date. I really like everything about this girl and I don't want to screw it up, any suggestions? I live on long island new york so outdoors things are limited this time of year due to the cold.

Nice restaurant for dinner (not really fancy-you don't want her to feel out of place). Then maybe a show or play of some kind. If you can't find one, try a movie. You have time to talk over dinner and can then relax in low pressure theater for a while.

I'd say something simple like dinner at a place that isn't too fancy but not too casual like lone star/maccas or something lol. CHat, get to know each other and then maybe go catch a movie, but I wouldn't go movie and then dinner, its always awkward if go that order because dont' really know each other and uncomfortable silence during movie cause can't really talk etc.

As for cooking dinner at home first date, wouldn't go with that one (no offence to poster) but for a first date, that would make me personally feel uncomfortable, you don't want to have to be at the person's house and worry they are after more than dinner etc, best left to a date after you know each other.

Medevil cases!!! whilst ever I initiate relationship a woman, i will consistently take her there. this might seem extraordinary, yet whilst the girl can loosen up and have relaxing there, shes a keeper. One is often attempting to electrify the different and it often brings out a character that supplies a false impression of there genuine self. Fancy resturaunts are over rated and could purely reason discomfort between the two. bypass somwhere gentle to the the two certainly one of you and be your self.
