I have a 3 phase motor and I'm not very sure how to conect it. single mode, or dual mode low voltage?

If you do not have three phase voltage available, then you need a different motor. If you are in an industrial setting, check and see how they develop the 120 vac for the outlets. Often it is one side of a three phase service and you might have some and not know it.
