i am a fili and i would like to suggest that u let them have a taste of ur traditional cuisine instead. they will enjoy it, honest! they will love to experience and taste something different. u can teach them how to cook it and at the same time they can teach you our cuisine too. that way u can both exchange ideas and learn from the visit. this will make their stay more enjoyable. Good luck!...and thank you very much for ur hospitality.:)

Try Chicken adobo
it's the best FILIPINO dish
Almost anything can be cooked adobo style: beef, fish, shellfish, and vegetables, in addition to pork or chicken, are excellent.
Ingredients
3 pounds chicken thighs, cut into serving pieces
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon peppercorns, crushed
1 teaspoon brown sugar
5 garlic cloves, crushed
3 bay leaves
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a pan, cover, and allow to marinate one to three hours. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Uncover the pan and allow to simmer for an additional 15 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated and the chicken is lightly brown. Serve with white rice.
Serves: 4 to 6

Dongdurdarng.
Boil pig meat until tender, then mince. Keeping the pig's blood, mix it with vinegar and garlic, and slowly bring it to a boil, then adding the meat. When it thick and black, it is ready to put on a bed of steamed brown or white rice.
The recepit for chicken adobo below is quite adaptable to dog meat (But only black ones are acceptable to most cultures, as the meat is thought to be sweeter.) And for fish, as well.
Scale and clean the fish guts and bloodline, and gills, but retain the heads, as the cheek meat is a delicacy in the Pacific.
Or take them to KFC. My wife is Filipino and pigs out on that.
