Im 13 years old right now and I want people to see my abs more clearly (You can see them but not clear enough) Anyways what are some ways to make my abs more visible besides crunches/sit ups? Also which is better for the abs, Crunches or Sit Ups? And how much of each set should I do to make my abs more visible? Ex. Do 5 Sets of 50 or more? What do you think is the maximum I should go for? And I walk home everyday from school (half hour) for my cardio part.

Anyways also how many sets should I do in 1 day? right now all I'm doing per day is 5 sets of 50 in a row with like a minute break in between each set, should I do them all at once? or do like 1 set on a certain hour then the next set on another. Also should I do more sets or am I fine right now?

My twin brother is 13 and he does that EVER SINGLE day and he makes ME do it too. Both crunches and situps are good so if you do 5 sets of 50 then you should do 125 situps and 125 crunches. But you need to take a longer break, how about 2 minutes? Your body is in a growing process so dont overdo it. It is NOT good. Some other ways you could tone them is taking a kickboxing/ tai kwon doe class. Or you could run up flights of stairs ( 6 at most, or maybe 5, or maybe even 4) There are plenty of ways. Be creative dude. Youre doing good, and you slould stay at what youre doing. I hope i answered all your questions of not, then sorry!

the quality of your repetitions is far more important the the quantity of them. 100-150 reps of various abdominal exercises is more than enough to perform in one day. you only need to train the abs 2-3x a week. you need to focus on your diet and reducing sugar and eating more whole foods.

You're doing fine right now, all you need is time, you can't get instant results. And perhaps a little more patience.
