We will all die, but she may die before her time. She needs counseling. She is anorexic or bilemic or both. Being that thin puts a strain on the heart.

Your friend needs serious medical and psychiatric help immediately. She is dangerously below the lowest body weight that is recommended for her body height. According to several height/weight charts, the lowest weight that your friend should weigh (if she is small framed, so the lowest, period) is 123 pounds.
Anorexia nervosa is a deeply emotional problem. Often, anorexia is about a person's need to control the environment around them. (Not that your friend is some power-hungry control freak. Quite the opposite. Often, anorexic people feel like THEY have been controlled their whole life and food is the only thing that they feel they have control over). She will also probably have deep feelings of insecurity and worthlessness. Her weight will feel like her enemy and she might even feel repulsed about herself. I used to have an eating disorder myself, so I know some of what she is feeling.
My doctor told me, even at a higher weight than your friend, "You've got to eat or you're going to die." I don't want to scare you, but then again, I want to tell you the truth. If your friend doesn't get the psychological help that she needs to start eating again, then her heart may stop from lack of nourishment and yes indeed, she may die. Pray for your friend and work to get her the help that she so desperately needs. Best wishes. I pray that her story of sadness will one day turn to joy.

Probably Yes. Sadly, using a bmi index( there is on online to caculate but i got one) Her Body Mass Index is about 12 %
A 12 year old girl requires at least 14 % ( and for 13 another percent and so on.)
She need to go to a dietatican ( a diet means what u eat normally not to eat less and lose weight). You might have to trick her but it is worth her life literally.
Lately there has been girls who are so skinny and they are naturally like that ( very unlikely though) , but even though check-ups are needed.

we will all die , the question is will she die sooner then necassary and probably if she doesnt eat! Someone needs to take her to get help.Maybe if she isnt use to textures you can get her to drink high protien drinks..also talking to someone like a counslor or a pastor might help..remind her how much shes loved and how much shes needed....for someone to suffer that that is so sad!

Everyone dies. Is this a trick question?
Being under-weight isn't necessarily a death warrant. But, that does sound like a drastically skinny person. I think she should eat more.

This sounds very dangerous. What is going to happen to her is she is going to have a heart attack. The heart can't pump right without nutrition. She needs help and NOW
