Try feeding it a mixture of cooked hamburger (Or Turkey/Chicken baby food, the 2nd stage mushy ones) and white rice.
If the dog is in pain, you need to get it to a vet!

I have a chihuahua, and from experience these dogs tend to dramatize situations. The fact that they do this, makes me scared, so then I usually call the vet right away. I guess it's better to be safe then sorry though considering they are so small. I would say if your dog is refusing to eat or drink for more than 24 hours, DEFINITELY call the vet. They can get dehydrated very easily and that can lead to more dangerous things happening, like their kidneys shutting down and things like that...but that's like the worst thing that could happen. I would just watch your dog and make sure that it is eating and drinking. That is the most important thing. Make sure not to give it any table food. I wouldn't put any type of oil or gravy's on the dog's food either. If the dog doesn't feel better within a few days, then I would seek medical attention...good luck.

I have had Chihuahua's for many years and when my pups get gassy or farty or all that stuff I make sure NO PEOPLE FOOD, try and give them only dry kibbles for a day or two and lots of water ALSO if possible take them outside to eat grass, if that doesn't work I cut up lettuce and put a little dressing on it like a mini salad and give it to my pup, Works every time. NO TREATS, No People food but salad, dry food only for a couple of days and if he is not better GET TO THE VET

from what Ive seen at the vet, a dog had lots of gas in his intestines (saw it thru xray) and turned out he had an obstruction (he ate a huge piece of rock) so go to the vet before giving pepto because you need a special dosage since your dog is a chihuahua (tiny!)
