What is this world turning into? Let's all get plastic surgery! ~ I want to look like Minnie Mouse!! ~ Is this socially acceptable?!

I think the better question would be:
"Why do you want to get breast implants like women? -- female breast implants, not pec implants"

The accepted standard for masculine beauty is a muscular, flat chest and, as most people hold men to that standard, so it's socially unacceptable for them to deviate from it, as is the case with most things in our society.
The current standard is, of course, based on a man's natural appearance; men aren't born with and don't develop pronounced breasts, so getting breast implants would be 'unnatural' and it wouldn't 'enhance' their appearance. Women, of course, have breasts and, if they get breast implants, then they're simply enhancing a feature they already have (usually because they want to be considered more attractive).
But that is just tapping the surface...

My theory on this is because in our society men have higher status and women have lower status. It's natural for the low-status person to want to be like a high-status person, but what sane reason (according to society) would a high-status person have for becoming like a low-status person? So anything that makes men more like women, such as cross-dressing, getting implants, etc. would be unacceptable.

If a man wants to get em, umm... okay. I wouldn't date a guy with them, that's now how it's suppose to be. Why isn't it socially acceptable for women to be bald... and when men grow old they are considered mature and attractive, but when women get old... yeah different story.

Because men are not suppose to have breast..They were not made to have breast or sexual organs like a woman has ....Is that so hard to understand?

I guess I would need to know why a man wants breast implants. If he is trangender, I wouldn't see a problem with it. If not, I would be very curious as to why.

WTF???? why is a "man" wanting his own boobies??? Does anyone realize that breasts are for nourishment to the children she gave birth to. women... whose bodies were equipped with reproductive organs in order to carry and give birth to a baby.. have earned these puppies.. a "man" has a penis.. if he wants titties.. he should get castrated at the same time with no anesthetic... how bout that.. its ridiculous.. ..

why you need that
only woman must have breast to satisfy her man
and also to suck the baby with its milk
and also as it physiological importance ( femal sex hormone )
but the man if he a really man he dont need to make his breast big
