BUT, I have to wash my face at night so that my pimples will dry out and I used Dove soap..[ I should of just used hot water then cold dayum] but I did, so will this ruin my sunburn/tan?? What can I do to make it so it won't get ruined? HELP please I'm like freaking out here.. 10 points.

lol-this is what I do, I am sun worshiper & always will be
take 2 aspirin, as long you are not allergic to them,-the aspirin takes away the redness and pain. (not the tan, lol)
DO NOT use hot water to wash your face--be sure to use cool water & a tiny bit of dove lathered in your hands--even though dove is gentle-it will still dry your skin out if it's sunburned.
after you wash your face- put some aloe vera gel on it (its green colored)-- dont dry your face after washing it!! let the water your rinse with stay on and put the gel on--it will keep the moisture locked in
Trust me-- I always have the best tan :p
adding- no it wont hurt you--but be careful to use COOL water and just a little soap, especially if you wash more than once a day-- and do what I said with the aloe gel- that will help so skin peels not at all or very minimal

Aloe Vera gel will take the burn out of your sunburn and keep it from peeling. Good Luck.
Oh and if u put the gel in the fridge it feels REALLY good on your burn (it also works with other burns)

It won't hurt it, but it could cause you to peel and lose the burn/tan if you keep doing it. Use a lot of lotion or creams.. they make certain creams for tanning, too. Make sure you also drink a lot of water to keep your skin hydrated so it won't peel and give you a blotchy face!

i think you need to quit worring about your sunburn/tan and get to work on your project...seems like you have your priorities all wrong and in the end....girls don't care what the hell you look like they worry if you can carry on a converstation or not and if you have your life together....sounds to me like you don't....but if you think coasting through life with your wonderful sunburn is going to get you places...go ahead and try it....but don't look to everyone else to pick you up when you fall and fall hard

Soap shouldn't hurt it at all. You do need to keep burned/tan skin moist though. Aloe or lotion will help keep the skin moist.

you should use some Nozema in the shower (take cool or lukewarm ones) and aloe after. Don't use lotion until the burn is gone. cuz that holds the heat in your skin. When you're ready to use lotion try the cocoa butter kind, it really helps.
