I am 5'2'' or 5'3'' and 122pounds
if i lose 20 pounds (which is my goal because i am quiet chubby for my weight although i dnno why i look so chubby) how many sizes would i go down?
i wear size 4 jeans - or (26,27 or 28)

is it healthy to lose 20 pounds, in this case 1/6th of my weight?
how do i make sure i dont gain it back?

im also taking Meta Slim diet pills (the one with 1 and 2 in it) and i find it difficult to fall asleep sometimes.. did anyone experience that?

I don't think you're overweight. You want to aim for a BMI of 18-25. If you try to go lower than 18, it's very difficult to maintain and it's not healthy. Also, it doesn't look good, especially to the opposite sex. Try Prevention.com for a bmi index, or look at the link below if you're a kid.

You may look chubby because your posture is bad. Try standing up straight and you'll look like you lost 5-10 pounds. Also, rather than dieting, you'd be better off doing some weightlifting, so that your muscles look firm and toned. This looks great! Try push-ups and crunches to start, and maybe plies if you have a friend that does ballet and can teach them to you. Then you will look much better, and be tighter and firmer, and it won't matter what the scale says.

I think Meta Slim is loaded with caffeine, which is why it's keeping you up at night. That doesn't sound good.

Maybe you need to feel better about yourself without worrying about your weight, you know?

You really should consult a dietician. From your description of your self, you sound neither chubby, nor do you sound like you need to lose any weight. And you definitely shouldn't be taking any diet pills. A size 4 is fine honey! You sound beautiful. Learn to love yourself and stop being obsessed with your weight.

first off how old are u?

u shouldnt take diet pills. screw up ur system in long run.
if they are keeping u up, its cause ur overdosing and taking them too late in the day.

u make sure u dont gain weight back by losing it slowly and commiting to making lifestyle changes.

u cant balance sizes in lbs because every body loses differently. i dont lose lbs, i lose inches, and so many inches = so many sizes. measure urself and keep track that way. the scale is a bad tool to use with weight loss.

Size zero. You don't need to lose weight, that is a very healthy weight, and size 4 is tiny!!!

I'm sure that if you lost that much weight you would look sickly.

okay. i dont know the answer to the first question but i do know that if you lost 20 pounds you will most likely be okay healthy wise. My friend went to a doctor to see if she was overweight or not and shes your height and they told her the average weight was 105 but i guess it would differ depending on your age.
