Fortune is not a divine matter. It is materialistic in nature. So there is no question of a divine principle in this. Spiritual matters are entirely different from Materialistic matters. Their principles are also entirely different.

Fortune favours the bold and dashing, in other words, a person boldly dashes against odds to achieve the goal. He is a great risk taker, but he takes the plunge, trusting that god will save him if he misses and plunges down the cliff. This is more a natures law, to reward the great risk taker. Nature does not want us to stop action and ponder the odds and evens. Nature wants action. This natures law may be a divine law too, but the action should be spiritual, not physical. Hence we cannot explicity say it is a divine principle, but it has the blessings of the divine.

To understand this please clarify what is BOLD?. I understand that bold is not strength or valour. It is nothing but preparedness to accept any result including failure. Many people do not attempt for fear of failure. One is prepared for the worst, he can do any thing. If one accepts the meaning what I am saying it is nothing but Devinne fully described in BHAGAVADGITHA.
