I go to this venue, either with friends or myself to have a drink or coffee. There is this girl that works there. Everytime i arrive its like she picks up a vibe and she knows im there. She looks at me kind of strangely, meaning she doesnt smile so i figured she hates my guts! I also look back because you know that feeling when you are being watched?
The other day i was sitting quietly having my coffee, i had a couple of things on my table that needed to be collected, so i waited for her to come and pick them up so i could say hi and she want right past my table and picked up the other glasses and left.
What is it with this person everybody else is friendly there, but she isnt with me. Does she haet me, like me or is she shy?

Just to add, she is friendly with her work collegues and to customers but i have only been served by her once a while ago and she forgot my order!

The thing is she does look at me, sometimes we clash at looking at each other straight in the eyes.
She never makes any noises and she seems ok with the job.

She could be shy, in the past if there was someone that I liked I would avoid them. I would not look them in they eyes, and often tried to avoid them. Then I wondered why I was single.... I don't think it's hate unless you did something to her, or said something that she may have found offensive. But if a person doesn't like you and they don't even know you I would not worry about them. Say Hi first the next time, it can't hurt.

You need to make the first move. Just go over and ask a quesiton about the coffee shop, the best coffee or drink they have, or something very non threatening. See how she reacts to you. That should let you know if she's interested or not.

If she acts annoyed or busy and is making like those sounds you make when you're in a hurry and your keys are lost she hates your guts. If she acts like she just wants you to leave and doesn't make eye contact she likes you but if she tries to be really quiet and unoticeable, she's shy. but if it's an accumulation of the first two she probably just hates your job don't take it personally.

Is she friendly with other customers? Maybe she's just not a sociable employee. Or maybe you get there right at the beginning/end of her shift and she's tired.

Don't read into it. You're just a customer like anyone else. She doesn't owe you anything other than her job duties. You think too hard about things like this.

she most likely is confused by how she feels towards you, and maybe she might like you but think that since she doesn't even know you that she shouldn't feel the way she does towards you, so she keeps her distance, to keep from being hurt.
