I just wondered if spirit can think like soul and had inhibition and choices there would have been no evil practitioners, no evil spirits, sorcerers, witchcrafts or anyone who know how to manipulate spiritual power.

I think one of the definitions of spirit is lack of inhibitions.
ETA: Out of curiosity, why is being able to manipulate spiritual power bad? Isn't that what spiritual healers, etc. do?

in my religions, we believe in spirits, so spirit do have there own way of thinking, sometime spirit can manipulate you if your not careful.
