Red Wines

hundreds ,i like clarets ,light red
and old classy bordeaux wines like Macon .or chateneuff du pape, full bodied dark red
and in South Africa they have got some exelent wines ,in all the ranges ,red bordeaux ,Claret,Rose, white and smokey wines, there is never a bad year there and the wine industry is very advanced ,big and high quality grape vines imported from france.

drinking wine is an adventure so much still to be discovered .
many good wine dont leave the wine estates or the village mbecause the amount bottled is too limited to be comercial.
generally the older the better and the more expensive

White Wines
i like Rhine wines ,like Blue Non, very light and fruity,
or Blanc de Blanc

and in Portugal are some very nice Green wines
like Troubador or Lancers

in Italy the chiantis are very good

in the Americas some Californian wines but the best would be the wine from Chili

Shiraz is very comercial but acceptable
one must be carefull with french wines ,they export about double than the country officially produces ,so there is some hanky panky going on.

I still like the French wines like Piat D'or, Arrogant Frog Ribet Red Shiraz 2005,La Vieille Ferme, and Beaujolais Superieur by Bouchard Aine & Fils. Some Canadian wines made in the Niagara area are exceptional. Unoaked wines like Naked Grape Shirah are lighter and have a clean taste. It's a matter of taste, but there are so many wineries now in places like Chile, Australia, and South Africa that there's such a wide variety to choose from.

For reds I particularly have continuously enjoyed the Italian wines of Tuscany. i'm prepared on any wines from Antinori, Banfi, Carpineto and DaVinci. I purely drank reds till at the instant (final 3 yrs). back my favorites come from Italy. very almost any Pinot Grigio. I additionally am commencing to truly appreciate long island State dry Rieslings. incredibly Hosmer and Buttonwood Grove. all the above are many times decrease than $40.

I like cabernet and pinot noirs. Some of my favorite (reasonably priced) are: Clos du Bois, Sterling, Wild Horse, Guenoc, Hess, Frogs Leap.

For white, I like Santa Margarita Pinot Grigio (its a bit commercial, but it is very good).
