You need to seek immediate medical advice . You could have a tubal pregnancy or an ovarian cyst. Either way you need to make your symptoms known to someone who can help you. Asking questions on a forum such as this about important health issues is not the right way to go.
Most times you are not going to get the right diagnosis anyway as events like yours need physical examinations and a research into your medical history, neither of which can be done on this forum.

Ulcers can't cause vaginal bleeding. If this just started recently, it could be a tubal pregnancy. That needs immediate, emergency attention. If it's been going on a while, you might have fibroids (benign tumors) or adenomyosis (where the uterine lining grows into the walls of the uterus). You need to see your gynocologist. If you don't have one or can't afford one, you can go to planned parenthood, where they charge on a sliding scale.

Ulcers do not make you bleed from your vagina, if it's not your period then you definately should go see a doctor.

Please don't rely on answers from here, go to an emergency room immediately.

no i dont think you could bleed from your vagina from an ulcer. More likley you have a cyst or something like that and should definatly get it checked out by your gyne.

medical attention is very crucial,I had a similar problem but I saw my gaenocologist! Many people will give you irrelevent and ignorant answers here,at least you're bold.If you can be like that at the hospital then your problem will be addressed as quick as possible.

If you are bleeding from your vagina it is NOT coming from your stomach. You are either having severe menstral cramping and bleeding or you have something else going on with your uterus or ovaries.
