Sorry, I don't know the answer other than doing what they want you to do, there is nothing I can tell you.
Well, if they can see your post then:
HE DID IT! YEAH, HE CAME HERE TRYING TO HIDE FROM YOU AGAIN. NOW HE IS TRYING TO FIND OUT FROM US HOW TO HIDE FROM YOU AGAIN! LOL
I'm sorry for your hardships dude. It's a wonder how they sleep at night with all the suspicious activity in their heads. Did they ever think that their son just won't be with them in eternity with them, even if they were successful in stopping you from this kind of thing?
It must be hard to be a parent!

Computers use electronic components in order to present their message. That means that everything has to first be created before it can be presented.
Because of this, anything you type has to be created somewhere first. Its not actually 'created' on the screen, its created within the harddrive and memory, which is then presented on the screen.
If your parents have a parental 'snoop' on the computer, than anything you type on it, or access through it, can be shown to them. The only thing possible is to use a different computer to access whatever your parents are having a fit over.
Unfortunately, your parents sound as if their faith is not as strong as it should be. A man who has built his house strongly is not disturbed when the wind passes. Worries about hell and judgement is something those who lack faith (or who have mislead others) obsess over. What does a riteous person have to fear from either death or hell? Do not let the fears of your parents lead you into doubt. Do not let the fearful wind of their words guide the course of your boat. All storms can be weathered and/or calmed.

Found how and used against you how? If you are asking how you can make your computer 100 percent secure, I don't think it can be done. Recently, I was contacted by my bank to tell me that a scam company using the name Simply You had been taking money from my account for months. I was placed in contact with the bank's fraud department, which was well aware of the company, and my funds were reimbursed to me. But, I had to close my account, bank cards, etc. because of it. This info could have only been obtained from my pc, so I will no longer under any circumstances order online. I also changed my id, personal info, etc. My best advice is to simply be careful and don't post anything of confidential nature. Good luck to you...

Sounds like a backdoor/keylogger worm. Unhook your Internet connection...Run anti-virus software, re-format HD, etc. Get all financial info off a computer that is connected to the Internet or LAN.
If you are really paranoid...remove your hard drive and smash it with a sledgehammer and scatter the remains!!!
*edit**Your parents have every right to do this. They are trying to protect you. If you ever become a parent you will understand.

sounds like somebody has loaded a key logger on you machine. Or maybe a root-kit attack (although I don't know a whole lot about those).
Why is this in R&S?
