Terrible. Neither the Repubs or Dems are happy with his stances. He should at least try to make someone happy. Instead, he is indecisive, wavering, and spineless. He also has bad ideas.

I think his record has been poor. He acknowledged a problem once that I can recall but took no action when there was alot of public pressure.
Then this last time with the fence proposal was the only other time I recall. And the only time he has taken any action.
He has not proposed, or publically supported, any actions to reduce the problem other than that fence. At least none that I can recall correct me if im wrong.
And honestly the fence isnt a real solution. It will make it harder for coyote's to drive a truckload across the border but it wont stop it.
And the real problem hasn't been addressed at all. The fact that the USA government only encourages the problem when things like healthcare, education, driver's licenses, in-state tuition, welfare ( hud, horizon, ssi, and many forms of welfare ) are being used by illegals ... either freely given by the government or being taken with fraudulent credentials.
That Swift Meat packing plant raid a short while back shouldnt have happened. about 3 years ago swift meats submitted a large list of names to homeland securities immigration div because they were trying to comply with government policies of reporting suspected illegals.
What happened. Swift was sued because all the names were hispanic. Sued by the government they were trying to comply with.
So they quit checking people out and hired whoever.
Nice policy. And George hasn't taken the lead on doing much of anything about it.

Track record?
Neither he nor the congress have even gotten their running shoes out of the locker room yet!!!
I wonder sometimes if they even know how to find the track - or if they'll be able to find it at all before the race is over and it's too late.

Guess what? The simple thing for him to do is to ignore and deny the problem ever existed, and focus on which vulnerable country to invade next (that has more oil).

Could be better. Less talk and more action would be nice.
