i want to get my boyfriend a pewter (thick hard metal) car tag for valentines.....preferably a nascar one (jeff gordon)....i have looked for them on the nascar website but they only have the thin metal colored ones and plastic.......i was wanting a pewter one....does anyone know of any stores or websites that mite have these????

eBay is has loads of "stores" with brand new in the box items - give it a try; it's probably your best chance for finding something this specific. You'll be surprised.

the pewter ones use to be popular and I have seen sevral but from what I understand from many family members (NASCAR fans), they are out of production. (although I can not confirm this, but there might be one or 2 companies, if you can not find it from the official nascar site or a drivers website, then it must not be official nascar gear)
I guess the Days of Thunder for the pewter tags have raced off into the past.

You can get new ones on ebay, some wholesalers are selling their stuff this way as well. I would a least have a quick look and see if what you are looking for is out there.
If it is on ebay and it is used, you could contact the seller and ask where they got it so maybe you can then contact that company directly yourself!
