Go heavy on the bench press bro'. That's your best bet. Vary it by doing inclines and declines also. Utilize the olympic bar most - dumbells are ok but you can lift heavier weights with the bar. Don't do too many sets or reps during your growing phase, except when doing intensity workouts. Also, don't work out more than an hour or so. More does not mean better.

Don't neglect your lower body. By working your legs also, you release a lot of HGH which can help build your upper body.

Get crazy amounts of protein too, along with carbs and good fat. Eat 5-6 times a day. Make sure you get plenty of rest.

When you become more advanced in your lifts, do more intense exercise routines for real gains. Pyramids, drop sets, supersets, etc.

well for sure you can do bench pressing, to get them bigger to more weight less repetitions. you can do push ups to work the upper chest and elevated push ups to work the lower chest, just put your feet up on a chair and do normal push ups. you can also do dips those help a lot. or just flat dumbell bench press or elevated dumbell bench press. or pull ups.

doesn't matter if your a male or a female; take your two hands and push them together as powerfully as you can ! make sure your elbows are equally lifted and just keep pushing long long long time..... that is an isometric exercise and it works really well !
