Stop drinking, lush. And if you don't drink, well then, maybe it's time you started.

It's just a little dehydration. Try to drink some more water. If this is affecting you more than one a week, then you should think of seeing a doctor. Everything sounds normal except for the sensitivity to light and sounds. All of these are symptoms of a hangover. If you're not drinking alcohol though, it's abnormal. I hope this helps.

Surely them are because of "something".
1)Smoking
2)Drinking
3) Your diet. Use much salt and/or pepper, or heavy, greasy, hot food
4) Your digestion. Take a good time between your last meal and the time you go to sleep.
5) Stress
6) You may be diabetic or have other illness, Ask your doctor.

I just found out that I had sleep apnea. I had headaches in the morning too. This is when you stop breathing during your sleep. Do you find that you are tired as well? If yes, then you need to look into this. It can be serious.
