She won't even kiss me or say I love you when its that time. She don't even want me around. Then all of a sudden she is an angel. Wants me 24/7. Can it get that drastic.

Yes.............but it could be more than that. I know for myself, I especially don't want someone asking me if I have PMS if I am cranky. I definitely won't give sugar to someone who assumes it is PMS if I am cranky or won't tell them that I love them. Even if I know that I have PMS, just someone (esp. a guy) asking if that is what is going on, puts me over the edge. Then when it is over, we can laugh about it. Just something to keep in mind.

Sure it can but, she can manage it a bit. She shouldn''t take it out on you. Some women use PMS as an excuse to be a total bi*ch once a month but honestly, a hormone imbalance isn't a valid excuse to treat you like dirt. She might want to go see a doctor about it. I know there's meds for PMS (can't remember the name though) and if it's that bad, she should also want to do something to end it because hurting the people who love you for any reason isn't something that should be done.

Unfortunately-yes. She may need some hormones to help with this drastic change in feelings. A doctor can advise the best medicine. Believe it or not, if she does not like to take medicine, a chiropractor can do some adjustments to ease the pain.
