Yes you can - especially if you aren't use to doing push ups. Your body needs to adjust.
Good Luck!!!

from excercise you'll most likely feel sore in that muscle - - if you hold out your arm there is a muscle directly in front of your arm pit - the pectoralis. That gets a real big work out from push ups. But I wouldnt think you'd be sore by now. Usually its worse the day after. Drink lots of water. It will help.
No, I dont think your pregnant. But pee on a stick if you think its a possibility.
Good Luck

If they didn't get sore that would be a bad thing. The fact that you did push ups and they hurt means that you are working the muscles behind them.

Im a guy, but feeling sore in the chest area is definately normal. After all, that's the muscle group that pushups work on.

You can get sore pectoral muscles which is the muscle underneath the breast. But if you are concerned then take a pregnancy test.

whatever you do, its the nutrition that plays a major role in weight management. Its like having the right fuel to drive your vehicle:
Men1"=1kg=2.2lbs and women 1"=800gms=1.76lbs standard weight
Fat% men 16% and women 26% upto age 39ys
Calorie intake:- 2000-2200 for men and 1500-1800 for women
If you adhere to this parameter you can lose or gain weight by using cellular nutrition- available in 63 countries currently, only through authorised constants-replacing two of you meals with cellular nutrition and having one meal of your choice, plus drinking one liter of water for every 20ks=44lbs to lose weight 1 to 2 lbs per week and do maintenance for equal period of weight loss , replacing one meal a day, to gain weight have cellular nutrition once after each meal, plus drink adequate quantity of water as mentioned above.

i think of u r a beginner at wellbeing midsection. it is the reason u r not attentive to this. The discomfort is submit-work out muscle discomfort. that's not ur breast. Its ur p.c.. (chest muscle). take care of an entire balanced weight-help plan, discomfort would be there for few days. that's common. not something to tension.....
