My wife gets bumps when she goes out in the cold for more than a few minutes but when she comes in it fades away. but today it popped up and throughout the day has kind of moved around. I was hoping someone might know something about it. she still has it right now and hasnt been out today

possibly skin allergies, it may sound weird but it took me and the doctors i saw over 10 years to figure it out and get a patch test. consider things you use everyday, soap, lotions, make-up, it can really be anything. i had a rash on my right had for months before i discovered it was from my mouse pad. just consider things you're doing, it can come from clothes and shoes too. if it keeps happening, see a doctor.

Sounds like Scabies. They are tiny mites that live under the skin and move around. They look like little lumps. A chemist should be able to identify them and give you the cream to put on to kill them ... if in fact that's what it is.
