You may have a couple problems so here's a couple solutions.
1)Cheap pans - I find the dark, non stick bakewear the WORST, they burn everything. Get a good set of heavy aluminum pans. I get mine from Paderno and you almost can't burn anything on them
2)Your oven - it could be burning hotter than your temp gauge reads. Try turning the temp down 25 dgrees to start and see if that helps. You can also buy an oven thermometer that you place in your oven to see if it matches up with what your gauge says.
My guess is your pans though. They're either thin aluminum or the dark bakewear? Good, heavy, aluminum pans are the best investment you'll make. Mine were $15.00 Canadian at a Paderno outlet. They are huge and I can make 20 good sized cookies on one. Check it out - they will save you much frustration!! Happy baking!

Get an oven thermometer, if the temperature is off purely prepare dinner at a distinctive placing - like in case you % 350 and it purely gets to 3 hundred turn the dial as much as 375 or 4 hundred. purely save an eye fixed on the thermometer and you will study the place to set your oven. For money you ought to probably get somebody to alter it or put in a sparkling temperature gauge. An Airbake cookie sheet facilitates save stuff from burning on the backside.

This really works. I've been doing it for 40 years. If food spills over and is burning in the bottom of your oven, just take the container of salt and pour a good dose of it on the spill. It will stop the burning and later when the oven cools, you can easily scrape the food right up!!
Good luck!
