This girl has a boyfriend and she gives me signs that she likes me. The signs are the way she looks at me and the way she doesn't look at me.
Smiles at me while she walks past me. Talks sweet to me. I told her I had a crush on her and she said "that's so sweet. Than gave me a hug. Next day she pats me on the head and saids hey. My friend said he seen her with her friends and he went up to her and said "you know my friend likes you. And she said" I hate him"
Is she stuck up?

She sure is, and she pat you on the head does she think you are a puppy. Well I guess she is lucky she didn't pat the wrong persons head. If she walks around patting people on the head She is lucky she has a hand left.

Yes I would say she is and that you are way better of without her. I would forget about her. If you get involved with her she is only going to hurt you. I feel she is playing you and doesnt want anything serious to happen between you. Sorry. I could be wrong and maybe she does just like you but I seriously doubt it!!!

i highly think your lacking info, and dude just play it out as if your friend didnt tell you that, and dont keep your hopes up at all she has a bf, shes just probably trying to be nice to you and you're taking it the wrong way. she would only really be stuck up if she said bad things IN FRONT OF YOU, she was just being honest to your friend.
