It is best to avoid milk while the diarrhea runs it's course.
According to the Mayo Clinic website (regarding diarrhea):
-Drink plenty of CLEAR liquids , including water, clear sodas and broths, gelatin, and juices every day. But, avoid apple and pear juices until you feel better because they can make your diarrhea worse. Avoid caffeine and alcohol.
-Avoid certain foods such as DAIRY PRODUCTS, fatty foods, high-fiber foods or highly seasoned foods for a few days.

Is this a normal occurence for you, do you have Lactose intolerance? Milk is quite difficult to digest... Just have some nice hot tea, water, maybe some crackers, toast, gingerale until the morning. Also, sugar and sugar free substances like diet coke can make it worse. You might also want to have a Lacto Capsule tomorrow to help bring some good flora back to your bowels.

Not if the milk is causing the diarrhea! :) (lactose-intolerance) If in doubt, avoid the milk and drink something with electrolytes.

No, it makes it worse- drink pepto bismol, ginger ale with the gas stirred out of it or crystal light or gatorade. Take small sips -- if your diarrhea continues for more than 4 hours, you better see a doc or call one in the morning you either have food poisoning or the flu.
Hope you feel better soon...............

No as milk will not sit well on a sick stomach and bowel. You should avoid all dairy products. Go to the chemist and get some electrolyte replacement which will keep the salts up in your body.

If you are not lactose intolerant; then I recommend that you get sweet acidolophus milk. It will help your diarrhea get better. It tastes just like regular milk.

Milk products are not the best for an upset stomach. I wouldn't recommend it but you could try a little just to wet the cereal and see how you feel.
