OK, here's an easy way to do this:

Look at an object, any object. You can experiment with objects that are closer to you or farther away. Now, cover one eye and look at it. Then cover the other eye. It will appear that the object has moved!!!!

(Cheap trick, but fun!)

Yes. About five years ago I was laying on the bed with my then girlfriend Amanda when I got this sudden crazy but non drug endused feeling that I could do something supernatural so to speak: I told her I was going to move the bedroom door with my mind. She watched and seemed to believe me that it was possible. Then suddenly I realized it was possible so I focused on the door and it moved about one inch. I saw it and asked her if she did (and she said yes). We dropped it and went to sleep like it was nothing.
