You should know what he likes to eat, cook it,

You should know what he likes to see you in, put it on,

Then you should know what turns him off, surf the net and find something new, that you and he can get into BIG time and make yourself desert.

Everyone is basically giving you the same idea. Just make it come from the heart it doesn't really matter what you do if he loves you then anything will be just fine. Make him a card by using things from magazines and scrap paper. Make him a scrap book of pictures of the both of you. and put different cut outs beside them from the magazines that represent the picture. (anything you make from the heart is more special then anything you can ever buy).Have a movie night with him, make some popcorn and and have something to drink, (You can put it in wine glass's to make it special or even use wine if you have it) pick a special movie you both like (even if it is one you have already watched). Light some candles and turn out the lites. have a blanket ready and both of you can get comfortable. I know when I do something like this for my spouse he is happy and surprise that I did. You can combined most of the stuff everyone is telling you and come up with something special. Just as long as it comes from the heart it is the best of all. Best of luck and happiness!!!

Make him a music mix of songs you both enjoy.
Make him dinner (just baked chicken, rice, and canned green beans) - you still have to eat.
If he is the sensitive type you can write about your history together and what you have enjoyed most, what were your favorite moments together, what about him makes him special to you.
Rent a movie (or borrow one from a friend), pop some popcorn, turn off the lights and enjoy a cheap movie without the sticky floor effect or the $8 popcorn barrel.
If you have time, create a scavenger hunt for him with clues. You can do it around your home or neighborhood. The prize could be a coupon book with things in it like '30 minute massage' or 'good conversation' or 'you get to watch one game with no nagging' and things like that.

Well you can cook him a special dinner using items that you already have, or write him a poem/letter/card/song, create a message in a bottle, make an album of the two of you, write a story of how you two met, give him a massage. Also you can cretae like a treasure hunt leaving clues along the way so that the final clue leads to you and then kiss him and tell him how much you love him...

Hope this helps! =)

Read him a book. You can check out some books at your local library and have him select one.
I have to confess this:One B-day I didn't have my car working, the weather was bad and I didn't have anybody visiting me. A good female friend of mine came over and gave me a facial for the face. She scrubbed my face, put some other stuff on it and some of her mud cleanse. Afterwards she massaged my face, shoulders, back, arms, and hands. Before she did anything she placed a hot cloth over my face and gave me a clean shave.I did love it. I know it's not common for a guy to get this ,but I did love it. I think it was Christmas actually. The coolest thing was that she didn't ask for anything in return or try "anything" with me. She was just a good friend.

Something from the heart. Just thing about what would make you happy if your boyfriend were broke. What he could do for you to make you happy and reverse it. It doesn't have to be an expensive gift unless you have a materialistic BF. Bake him a cake, cook him dinner, I'm sure if he really cares anything you give him he'll like.

Make a picnic and go to a park. Play outside like you did when you were little. Games are always fun, too: Scrabble, Monopoly, even charades. The best way to show someone that you love them is to give your time to them and have fun together!

Well, my fiancee says that she once made little coupons for one of her ex. For example one coupon would read "This coupon is good for one free back massage" or "One candlelit dinner". You can do something like that or just plan a special meal with his favorite foods, it doesn't have to be expensive and if you don't have the food at home raid his place. If there's something he enjoys doing, like watching a certain movie that you don't really like, watch it with him. Those are just a few ideas. Good luck!

Write him a love letter. Tell him how much you appreciate him and that you really do love him. Place it somewhere were he'll see it when your not around. This will keep him thinking of you until he sees you again. And whenever you do hopefully he'll praise you for you unselfish behavior and tell you how he feels back!

Write him a poem or a song. Offer him a foot or shoulder massage. Cook/bake something he likes.
