I haven't seen any good come out of the addicting drug only poverty, poor health, robbery, insanity so I think the answer would be yes to meth and many other detrimental drugs.

Any drug is the devil's drug because they are all used to deceive the user into believing that they are fun and harmless. Meth is probably at the top of the list but is nicotine any less addictive than heroine? Drug use comes from ancient times and has its roots in sorcery.

Assuming God made the Universe, he must have made those chemicals that constitute crystal meth as well.
Of course, He never told anyone to synthesize them, and even less to smoke them. I don't think you can blame the Devil either. Crystal meth is just another example of how a great number of people sadly can not appreciate the gifts that are given to them on this earth and create even worst hells for themselves as a result.
